Accessibility statement
Effective August 5, 2026.
Our commitment
AICrawlSuccess is designed so people with disabilities can access the same website information, scanning functions, reports, support, and purchasing options. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement, not a one-time checklist.
Technical target
Our current design and engineering target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We review semantic structure, keyboard operation, focus visibility, text alternatives, labels and instructions, color contrast, reflow, zoom, status announcements, reduced motion, and error communication as the service changes.
Accessibility features
The website includes a skip link, named page landmarks, sequential headings, keyboard-visible focus indicators, persistent form labels, live status announcements, native modal dialogs, non-color status text, reduced-motion support, and responsive layouts intended to remain usable with browser zoom and narrow viewports.
Third-party checkout
Payment fields are provided through Stripe within the AICrawlSuccess checkout dialog. If a checkout component creates an accessibility barrier, contact us so we can help provide access to the purchasing process and investigate the issue with the provider.
Request assistance or report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility problem or need information in another format, use the contact form and select Accessibility support, or email [email protected]. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and—when you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, and assistive technology involved.
For help accessing a purchased report, include the email address used at checkout. Do not send payment-card information.
